big month for Gabi

Even though this is Gabi's birthday month... it has already been a big one for her.  Gabi has surprised us all and just decided she was ready to be a big girl and go potty on her own.  After failed attempts on our part to work with her, we decided to just wait until she was ready.  After a little jealousy of her little cousin Chloe sporting her cute undies... Gabi decided she was going to wear them too.  We are proud to say that she has been doing great, even though she may have a few new cavities after these few weeks!  She has had her share of accidents, but overall, has been in underwear all day and has even gone out with us in underwear.   She is so cute going potty.  She whispers "can you hear it" and then sweetly asks "can I have a treat for going potty".  We know she's going just for the treat!  Whatever works right?!?

We really are so proud of her excitement and determination to stay dry and clean.   And we are excited to lower our diaper expenditure!  wooo hooo Gabi Rose!
