Yay for great days! Today the playgroup came over and we celebrated St Patrick's day. TWELVE kids running around, rainbow cupcakes, a little wine (for the adults), a BEAUTIFUL day (it felt like it was 70!), some sidewalk chalk, a little kite flying, and the laughter of kids is contagious!
Some highlights of the day...
-hearing the boys say "but now who will our enemies be if we can't bother the girls".
-first time for some of the kids flying a kite!
-delicious desserts!
Most of all, it was hanging out with a group of girls that are more like family than friends. I know I have said this before, but I think it's amazing that we have met several times a month since Will was about 3 months old. These friendships are not replaceable!
