Will's moving to 1st GRADE!

Today was a bittersweet day for us.  Will has graduated from Kindergarten and is on his way to 1st Grade.  Will has extremely surprised us this year.  We were real worried early on about his anxiety about going to Kindergarten, and here we are on his last day with a big smile and ready for Summer break.  His teacher wrote on his report card that he is a strong reader and writer and that he has done exceptionally well socially and academically! We couldn't be more proud of him.
Our eldest, our little miracle, our blessing... is growing up, and right before us.  We can't even begin to express how proud we feel when we hear him read.  It warms our heart to see him excel and start to become the man he someday will be.
Will's buddies, so blessed for these special friendships!

Memphis Kiddie Park!

What a wonderful way to end Isa's preschool days, a school trip to Kiddie Park!  Jessica came with Kyle and I brought Isa, Gabi and Ava.  The four of them had a wonderful time together.  It became a little hot, but the kids made it through the heat and enjoyed the time together!
One sad part is seeing how much my girls have grown... they were almost bored with the rides.  Gabi got her biggest thrill on the roller coaster... I think they even may have yawned on some of the other rides.  Nonetheless, we had a fantastic time with friends!

Final days of Kindergarten for Will

The final week of Kindergarten was filled with fun for Will.  A trip to Avon East to visit his new building next year, a field trip to the local Dairy Treat for ice cream, teacher's Parent Appreciation breakfast and Will's first Field Day were only a few a of the fun days!
Tobin and I attended the Parent Breakfast.  The kids performed several songs, recited some poems, and we watched a Kindergarten year video put together by his teacher.  We couldn't have been more blessed to have Mrs Gannon as Will's Kindergarten teacher.  He certainly had a soft spot in her heart, and he did fantastic this year under her guidance.

Done with Preschool

Our little Isa has joined Will as a graduate of the Soaring Little Eagles preschool program at Avon Village.  She is ready for KINDERGARTEN!  Today Gramma, Gabi and I watched her get her sing and dance some songs with her classmates and receive her diploma.  She asked me again if I would please curl her hair again for this special occasion (we have only done this once before), and she looks beautiful!  Unfortunately it was real hot and the curls didn't last too long.  Nonetheless, she had a wonderful afternoon and we are off to Memphis Kiddie Park with the preschool to celebrate tomorrow!

Fun times with FRIENDS!

We have the best friends one can ask for.  Sharing so many special memories and great times during the day are priceless.   We love the way the kids and their friends interact.  They are truly our second family.  Our days wouldn't be complete without them.  Fun times!

Our trip to the zoo to see the DINOSAURS... (with Millers and Viers)

So many fun times with their best buds =)

Lil gymnasts

The kids have successfully finished their first season at Great Lakes Gymnastics.  They have done amazing, and we have seen them come a long way! Today all three showed off for all the parents (and Gramma) and received their ribbons and award certificates.
Gabi started off in the 2-3s parent and child class and finished off the season in the 3&4s class on her own.  She did awesome on her own, and her biggest accomplishment was doing the "seat to feet" trick on the trampoline on her 1st day in the older class.  Will and Isa ended the session in a combined 4 to 6 year old class.  It was real nice having all 3 kids attending the same time period.  Isa got all Gold stars in each category for her age group.  Will received gold stars on all but 2 events (which he got silver) for his older age group.  We are proud of them all for working so hard, and mostly for having fun together!

Crazy Kids!

We all know that our kids are monkeys and climbers... however they continue to surprise and scare us with the crazy tricks they like to perform.  Sometimes it is nice to catch them doing calm things and just playing with their friends, or taking a little ride on their bikes.  We love watching their personalities come through, and seeing how their friendships are blossoming.  Even though they may be getting a little more independent each day.... they will always be our little kids at heart.   No matter what though, we love them just the way they are!
 CLIMBERS, Climbers, climbers!

Some fun times with friends =)

I also want to add some recent videos of the kids that make me happy =)

This next one may be hard to hear since I came out on the deck when I heard the girls playing and singing.  Love them!
